What we collect

Account: your e-mail address and a password (stored only as a secure hash).

Learning data you create: which cards you marked as learned or favourite, the last card you viewed, and phrases you write in My phrases.

Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription, its source (Apple, Google or Stripe) and its renewal date. We never see or store your card details.

We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep your progress, to unlock content you paid for, to send account e-mails such as password resets, and to meet legal and accounting duties.

Service providers

Supabase (database and login, servers in the EU – Ireland), Vercel (web hosting), Mux (video streaming; playback analytics are switched off), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat with Apple and Google (in-app subscriptions). They process data only on our behalf. Where a provider is outside the EU, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account in the app, your account, progress and phrases are deleted immediately. Payment records may be kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to us at the contact above; you can delete your account yourself in Account → Delete my account.

Children

The app is for parents. Accounts are for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
